KIKS IGNACIO
PAC-MAN JAPAN CRATE
The PAC-MAN candy crate was my first partnership project with Bandai Namco Entertainment which would later lead to further projects with them in the future.
PRODUCT DESIGN
In line with the classic appeal of PAC-MAN, I wanted to give this design a lo-fi feel. Because of PAC-MAN's retro roots, I based my direction off of pixel part. Using the game's characters, I made a seamless pattern that would wrap around the inside of the box. For the outer walls, I used the original PAC-MAN maze as a pattern. These motifs served as the foundation for most of the visual assets we developed for this collaboration.
ONLINE PRESSENCE | MARKETING
I relied a lot on those patterns I made were the basis for the visuals of the website, email marketing, and advertising campaigns. Additionally, the box was very photogenic in neon lighting which made for appealing shots that showed off an 80’s arcade aesthetic.
