PAC-MAN JAPAN CRATE
The PAC-MAN candy crate was our first partnership with Bandai Namco Entertainment which would lead to further partnerships with them in the future. PAC-MAN was a visually fun project to kick off our continued collaborations.
In line with the title, I wanted to give this design a low-fi feel. Pixels were an obvious go to and I created patterns from the art that Bandai Namco provided to wrap around the box. Once we got the approval for the foundational assets, the visuals very easily flowed through from the box to the activity booklet.

I relied a lot on the patterns I made to guide the visuals of the website, email marketing, and advertising campaigns. Luckily also, the box looked very photogenic in neon lighting which made for very appealing shots that really showed off an 80’s aesthetic.
